Interested bidders can download the tender document from the county government of Tana River website [www.tanarivercounty.go.ke] and or from IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the negotiation number above for each tender.
The tenderers who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS Supplier Portal should contact the IFMIS help desk [Tel: 0800721477] at the National Treasury or contact Procurement Office at the County Headquarters.
Bids must be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal not later than 5th NOVEMBER, 2021. The tender opening process will be on 5th NOVEMBER, 2021 at 9:00am in the County Director of Procurement Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bids submitted later than the closing date will automatically be disqualified.
Pre-tender site visit is a mandatory requirement for this tender and tenderers are advised to make their own visit arrangement on 29th October, 2021. Booking and meeting point will be at WATER AND ENERGY OFFICE OR TANA DELTA SUBCOUNTY AT MINJILA.
