2.0 A complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates during official working hours from the Supply chain
department 1st Floor, Anniversary Towers during working days, between 8:00 a.m-1;00 P.M and 2:00 P.M-4:30 P.M, upon payment
of a non – refundable fee of KES 1,000 in cash or bankers cheque payable to The Chief Executive officer or downloaded for free
of charge from our website (www.makeitkenya.go.ke) and Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke
3.0 Bidders are advised to forward their particulars and/or enquiries using the Email: prc@brand.ke. Bidders MUST also register their
details in the KEPROBA Supplier portal http://suppliers.brand.ke for any further clarification or addendum.
4.0 Tenders MUST be submitted in two ways;
i) Through the supplier portal (http://suppliers.brand.ke)
ii) Hard copies to be delivered/posted indicating the tender Number and title to address below: and be deposited in the Tender
Box at the main entrance, 1st floor Anniversary towers at The Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency along University
Way.
