Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender document from the office of Manager, Supply Chain at Kawi House, South C off Mombasa Road, Red Cross Road between 9.00am and 4.00pm during week days.
A complete set of the tender document may be obtained by interested firms upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000 payable to our accounts office in cash or by banker’s cheque. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded from the website www.gdc.co.ke or http://tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the tender document from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@gdc.co.ke for records.
There shall be a Mandatory Site Visit to GDC Offices and operational areas on below dates as follows for the following tenders;
- Tender Number GDC/ICT/OT/034/2021-2022 – Tender for Supply & Installation of Internet Services for a Period of Thirty Six (36) Months.
- a)On 7th February 2022 at 9.00am at GDC Kawi House (Assemble at GDC Kawi House, South C at 8.30am)
- b)On 8th February 2022 at 9.00am at GDC Polo Centre, Nakuru Office, Kabarak yard, and Menengai field (Assemble at GDC Polo Centre Office at 8.30am)
- c)On 9th February 2022 at 9.00am at GDC Kapkerwa Office & Paka in North Rift Region, Baringo County (Assemble at GDC Kapkerwa Office at 8.30am)
- Tender Number GDC/SC/OT/040/2021-2022 – Tender for Disposal of Tyres, Batteries and Damaged Drums.
Interested bidders may view and assess the conditions of all the items they intend to buy before the disposal date. Items to be disposed will be open for viewing from 2nd to 15th February 2022 from 8:30am to 3:00pm on working days at GDC Menengai Geothermal field.
The completed tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender No. and Tender reference name; shall be addressed to:

and deposited in the tender box at Ground Floor GDC office Kawi House, South C Off Mombasa Road, Red Cross Road on or before the dates specified above.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at Kawi House, South C GDC Board Room Ground Floor.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
