The County Government of Samburu invites from eligible and interested bidders for the following tenders;

Interested eligible candidates are requested to inspect the tender documents and obtain clarification concerning the tender documents from the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management Samburu County, Treasury Building Maralal during working hours. Bidders to download the tender documents (free of charge) from the county government of Samburu website: www.samburu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke using above IFMIS negotiation.
Bidders must upload copy of original bid security to the IFMIS portal and deliver the ORIGINAL bid security to the Office of Director Supply Chain Management Procurement department before the closing dates and time. The bid security must be valid for 180 days from the opening date.
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal so as to be received not later than Tuesday 14th February, 2023 at 10.00 am.
NOTE: Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documents in the Integrated Management System (IFMIS) supplier portal may obtain assistance from IFMIS desk on 0800721477/0202480180 at the National Treasury.
Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL.
