Tendering process will be conducted through the open national tender method. All interested eligible bidders may obtain the tender documents from Kisumu county website; www.kisumu.go.ke/tenders , and/or from the ifmis portal www.treasury.go.ke .
Tenders must be submitted both electronically through ifmis supplier portal and also manually in hard copy enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and addressed to:
