The Kenya Law Reform Commission is a Semi-autonomous agency established by the Kenya Law Reform Commission Act, No.
19 of 2013. The Commission has a statutory and ongoing role of reviewing all the laws of Kenya to ensure that it is modernized,
relevant and harmonized with the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. KLRC invites sealed Open National Tenders as below:

Interested candidates may view / obtain the tender documents by downloading them from the KLRC’s website: http://www.klrc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents downloaded from the website are free of charge. Those who download the tender document and intend to submit a bid must forward their particulars immediately for recording and any further clarifications, addenda and virtual link to the tender opening to procurement@klrc.go.ke. The candidates may choose to obtain the printed tender documents from the Procurement Office, Kenya Reinsurance Plaza 3rd floor during normal working hours between 9.00a.m and 3.00p.m on weekdays, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One Thousand Only). Payment should be made by bankers cheque, Cash, or deposited in Co-operative Bank, Aga Khan Walk branch; Account number 01141309236200 and bank slip submitted to the accounts section during normal working hours and obtain official receipt. All clarifications and/or addendums shall be uploaded in the KLRC’s website and www.tenders.go.ke.
Original and Complete Tender document should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER REFERENCE…………….NUMBER……………FOR……………….should be deposited in the TENDER BOX situated on 3rd floor,

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at KLRC Main Conference room, 3rd Floor, RE-INSURANCE PLAZA.
Any canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification. Tenders received after the stated time or date will not be accepted.
