Interested service providers may download the expression of interest document containing the term of reference from the Garissa County Government website www.garissa.go.ke  or from Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke  free of charge. Interested consultant must register their contact details with the county Government of Garissa through ennuiriesiagarissa.eo.ke to facilitate receiving further tender clarification and/or addendums if necessary

Completed expression of interest [EOI] documents and tender documents for the other projects enclosed in a sealed and clearly marked with their respective tender number and Name, should be deposited in the tender box situated on Urban Development Offices [Former Garissa Municipal offices] and addressed to

The EOI Document and tender document for the roads should be received on or before Friday 29th  May 2023 at 10.00 a.m.

The EOI documents and tender document for the other projects will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the service providers/contractors or their representative who choose to attend. Documents submitted after this will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
