Tenders are invited from eligible firms for Provision of Goods and Services on ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS’ for the period between 1st September 2021 to 31st August, 2022 for Tenders Nos. 2-11 and from 1st September 2021 to 31st August, 2023 for Tenders Nos. 1, 12-22.

Tenders No. 10 bidders should be Underwriters only.
Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and remain valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days from the closing date of tender.
Completed Tender Documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked “TENDER NO……..”and “TENDER NAME. ……..”accompanied by security in the form and amount specified in the tender documents, should be addressed to:-

And deposited in the Tender Box situated at the reception of Nyati House, Loita Street to be received on or before 20th April, 2021 at 1000 hrs.
The opening of tenders will be as follows on diverse dates:-
On 21st April 2021 at 0830 hours Tender Nos. 01 02,03,04 and 10.
On 22nd April 2021 at 0830 hours Tender Nos. 05,06, 07,08,09,11.
On 23rd April, 2021 at 0830 hours Tender Nos.12,13,14,15,16,17.
On 26th April, 2021 at 0830 hours Tender Nos. 18, 19,20,21,22.
The candidates or their representatives interested in witnessing the opening are welcome. However, candidates or their representatives are requested to consider not attending the tender opening as a measure of mitigating COVID-19 and as the tender opening minutes/outcome will be sent to all participating bidders trough their email addresses provided in respective bid documents.
