Endebess NG-CDF invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders to participate in the following tenders:

Tender document(s) with further detailed information may be inspected and obtained from the NG- CDF office at Endebess, Trans-Nzoia County, during official working hours upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ksh 1,000 only per set of tender document payable in form of cash to NG-CDF Endebess. The tender documents may also be downloaded from the boards website: www.ngcdf.go.ke .
In addition bidders must attach the following mandatory documents:
- A copy of business registration certificate/certificate of incorporation.
- List of directors with respect to shareholding and details of citizenship.
- A copy of VAT and PIN registration certificate.
- A copy of valid KRA tax compliance certificate.
- Latest audited financial report.
- Dully filled form offender and confidential business questionnaire.
- Valid NCA 7 and above registration certificate and license for building works.
- Bid bond of 2% of tender sum from a reputable and established commercial bank or insurance company accredited by PPRA and valid for 150 days.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs and must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender. Completed tender document(s) shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with the tender number addressed to;
The Fund Account Manager, NG-CDF Endebess P.o Box 29-30201, Endebess and deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance to Endebess NG-CDF offices so as to be received on or before January 5, 2022 at 10.00am. Bids will be opened immediately after in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
