Tender documents detailing the requirements may be obtained from the Pensions Office at Ground Floor, Western Wing, Block A, Social Security House, Nairobi, on normal working days between 9:00am and 4:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kes 1,000 or be downloaded from the NSSF website www.nssf.or.ke/tenders free of charge. Interested bidders who download the document MUST forward their particulars immediately to the scheme at Ground Floor, Western Wing, Block A, Social Security House, Nairobi along Bishop Road.
The completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender No and Tender reference name” shall be addressed to:

NAIROBI, KENYA
and deposited in the tender box located at 2nd Floor, Western Wing, Block A, Social Security House, Nairobi so as to be received on or before the indicated closing dates and time.
Tender opening will be carried out immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers’ or their representatives who chose to attend at the 4th floor Conference Room, Western Wing, Block A, Social Security House, Nairobi.
