Tender requirements, instructions and complete tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Office during normal working hours (Monday-Friday) from 8.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00 pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of KES.1000/- in bankers cheque or direct deposit to the University of Eldoret Account or be downloaded from the University of Eldoret website www.uoeld.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Mandatory pre-tender site visit for tender for Studio Works will be conducted on Tuesday, 18th October, 2022 at University of Eldoret, Main Campus Forestry Building at 11.00 a.m.

Submission of complete tender documents in hard copies in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and Tender Reference Number should be addressed and delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box ‘A’ (Amphitheatre Works) and Tender Box ‘C’ (Studio Works) at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before 18th October, 2022 and 25th October, 2022 dates respectively at 11.00 a.m local time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend, at the Forestry Complex Boardroom.
Late tenders shall not be accepted. Youth, women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply
