Completed tender documents, in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked “TENDER CATEGORY” and bearing the “REFERENCE NUMBER” but no indication of the applicant, should be deposited in the Tender Box at KTDA PLAZA, 4th Floor, Tom Mboya Street, or sent by post to:
